The Congenital Heart Disorder, Hypoplastic Right Heart, is one of many defects that can affect 1 in 100 to 150 children at birth. Our organization was formed to help support and educate those individuals and families who are dealing with a hypoplastic right ventricle in addition to other CHD’s which are also present.

Why the Membership Restrictions?

We are restrictive to allow open discussions about surgical procedures and outcomes that areĀ common to the majority of members. We also restrict the forums to primary care givers because extended family is not always welcome into the private discussions of parents. However, we have information for grandparents, friends, and extended family. As time and resources permit, we will add an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page for nonmembers.

Special Note: Due to the growth of our chd survivors and families reaching different stages in their care and treatment, the activity on our forum has dropped over the past year. Some of our members have spent more time on a Facebook Group for HRHS. Since FB is not a forum you will find it difficult to Search for older information, but you could get a quick response to a post for a specific need or question. If you would still like the ability to Search our Forum which has been building content for the past 10 years, you are welcome to Apply using the button below. Thank you very much.
